The challenge
Most online orders in Iraq are paid on delivery, and many come back because the customer doesn’t answer, changes their mind, or the address is unclear.

The solution
A system that messages every customer on WhatsApp in the courier’s name before the driver leaves, so they can confirm, reschedule or cancel, or share their location.

What we built
- Import orders from Excel or CSV, with phone numbers and amounts cleaned automatically
- A confirmation message to every customer on WhatsApp
- Understands customer replies in Iraqi Arabic
- Every order’s status in real time: confirmed, rescheduled, cancelled, needs a call
- A full history of every message and reply, as proof in any dispute
